We are now selecting contestants to participate in this year's MISS UNIVERSE ICELAND® national pageant, the official national preliminary to the prestigious MISS UNIVERSE® pageant.

 

You could be among these contestants! If you are a single (never married/never given birth to a child) female, a citizen of Iceland, currently reside or have resided in Iceland a minimum of 6 consecutive months starting FEBRUARY 1, 2018, and between the ages of 18 and 27 as of AUGUST 1, 2018, we invite you to APPLY TODAY!

 

Our national pageant is designed to be an excellent vehicle for advancing your career and personal goals. As a contestant, you will be scored in three equal categories consisting of Personal Interview, Swimwear, and Evening Gown; as well as participating in a live stage show! Performing talent is NOT a requirement. Our judging panel will include experienced professionals from the modeling and entertainment industries!

 

 

To become a contestant in this year's event, you need to follow these directions carefully:

 

1) Download the pre-registration form (see link below)

2) complete the application form

3) and submit to:

 

missuniverseiceland@gmail.com

 

along with a recent photo (photo does not have to be a professional photo - a simple photo showing your head and shoulders will do) by MARCH 15, 2018. Once we have received your photo and pre-registration questionnaire, you will be advised of a local casting call date and/or set up a private interview appointment if needed.  The selection committee will then review all the information received to make a final determination. If selected as a national contestant, you will be notified by email or via other contact information provided.
